Me, and my sister share the same Apple ID, and our phones have been almost synced, meaning that when someone tries to FaceTime her, it will come through my phone and vice versa. We decided that we should get separate accounts. So my question is, if I change my Apple ID, will I lose my apps? Also, can I get the same apps for her ID as my new one?

No, changing your Apple ID will not cause you to lose your apps. Your apps are tied to your Apple ID account, so if you change your Apple ID, you change the Apple ID associated with your App Store. You will need to sign in with the new Apple ID to access and download apps, updates, and make purchases. Rest assured, your previous purchases and app downloads will not be lost, but you may need to re-download them using the new Apple ID.
However, it is important to note that any purchases or in-app purchases made with the old Apple ID will not transfer to the new Apple ID, so you may need to repurchase those items if needed.
How to Sign Into A New Apple ID:
Before you change your Apple ID, it's crucial to back up any important data or information. This step is to ensure that you don't lose any valuable data during the process. EaseUS MobiMover can back up your iPhone to a computer, USB stick, or external hard drive. Also, if you have iCloud data, it supports one click to export your data from iCloud to your PC.
