New 14 Pro, old 13 Pro. The old phone is updated, and Bluetooth is on. I've restarted both phones multiple times. The new phone boots to country selection and then goes to the quick start screen. But nothing happens when I bring the old phone next to it. Neither phone acknowledges the other. Is there anything else to try?

🔎Reason for iPhone Quick Start Not Working:
1️⃣Disabled Bluetooth. Quick Start cannot work without turning on Bluetooth. Go to Settings > Bluetooth to enable it on both devices.
2️⃣Incompatible iOS. Quick Start is available for iOS 11 and later; Transfer Directly from iPhone is available for iOS 12.4 and later.
3️⃣Far iPhone Distance. You have to keep your iPhones close enough so that your devices can recognize each other.
4️⃣Poor Internet. Unstable or slow Wi-Fi will cause your iPhone setup and data transfer process to fail.
5️⃣Low Battery. Charge both your phones in case the low battery cuts off the data migration or setup processes.
6️⃣Software Bugs. Any issue in the operating system may influence the data transfer and eventually lead to failure. Therefore, Go to Settings > General > Software Update to download and install the latest iOS.
The above are the reasons that may cause the problem of Quick Start on iPhone not working. From the description of the problem, if you have updated and enabled Bluetooth on the old iPhone. Here is one more way for you to fix the problem, that is, to change the way you transfer your data.
