How to Transfer iPhone to iPhone without iCloud [Quick Fix]

Hi all. Is there any way to transfer from one iPhone to another without enabling iCloud? I am planning to buy an iPhone 15 Pro and keep my old XS but would like to transfer all content without using iCloud (I don't really like this feature). Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
