To delete multiple contacts on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Contacts App
- Launch the Contacts app on your iPhone, or open the Phone app and tap on Contacts.
- Using two fingers, tap and hold on a contact. Then, drag your fingers up or down to highlight adjacent contacts you want to delete. The selected contacts will be highlighted in gray.
- Once you have selected the desired contacts, release your fingers. Then, tap and hold on any of the highlighted contacts to bring up the menu, and select Delete [X] Contacts.
- Tap Delete Contacts in the confirmation prompt to finalize the deletion.
Method 2: Using Third-Party Software
If you need more flexibility or want to delete non-adjacent contacts, consider using a third-party app like EaseUS MobiMover. With this tool, you can delete any contacts you want to remove. Moreover, you can first transfer contacts from your iPhone to your computer. Thus, after deleting those contacts, you can still view the phone number on your computer.
To delete all contacts on iPhone:
- Connect your iPhone to your computer and launch EaseUS MobiMover.
- Visit the Browse & Transfer page (or the Device Manager on the new version).
