I ordered an iPhone 13, but I cannot update it to the latest iOS 17. Any possible reasons? How can I fix it?
iPhone 13 supports iOS 17, so compatibility is not a problem. Once you decide to update to iOS 17, another piece of advice is to back up your iPhone. This will prevent unexpected data loss due to update failure or other issues. To back up your iPhone, EaseUS MobiMover is your great helper since it supports pictures, videos, messages, contacts, etc. More importantly, it enables you to back up your iPhone in one click, so easy to use.
Step 1. Connect your iPhone to your computer via a USB cable and launch EaseUS MobiMover.
Step 2. Click Backup Manager > Back up > One-Click Backup. You can adjust the backup file location.
