Move to iOS is quite complicated. If you would like to selectively transfer small portions of the contacts and photos, you can back up data by emailing yourself. It's not a common way but may be the easiest way to transfer data between two devices. Note that the data migrated via Email can't be integrated into the Contacts app and the Photos app.
Using Email, your contacts are saved and sent in a VCF (Variant Call Format) format which is also readable by iPhone models. And here's how:
Step 1. On your Android device, open your Photos/Contacts app.
Step 2. Then select the contacts/photos that you want to transfer. Although you can also select all, it is not recommended in view of transfer speed.
Step 3. Then select the Share button to share your data via Email.
Step 4. Then enter your recipient address and tap Send.
Step 5. Once you send the Email successfully, go to Mail > Find the Email > open the VCF file > Follow the on-screen instruction to add contacts to the Contacts app on your iPhone.
Step 6. Also, you can download the photos from the Mail app on your iPhone.
