For iPhone 7 and 7 Plus:

Step 1. Connect your iPhone to a computer using a USB cable and open iTunes or the Finder app.

Step 2. The App finds your iPhone. Tap on it to Select it.

  • For iPhone 8 and Later: Press the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons one after the other, then Press and Hold the Side button for 10 seconds. Continue holding the side button and press the Volume down button for 5 seconds. Now release the side button and hold the Volume down until the computer recognizes your iPhone.
