AirPrint Not Working in iOS 11 on iPhone/iPad? Solutions Here!

AirPrint is a built-in feature on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that helps to print photos and documents from your iOS device over Wi-Fi network connection directly. Simply speaking, you can print your iPhone photos and documents wirelessly if you have an AirPrint-enabled printer ready for use. However, it seems that AirPrint can't always work properly on iPhone or iPad according to iOS 11 users. Tip 1: How to print photos from iPhone/iPad without AirPrint (FREE)

You can surely sync your iPhone/iPad photos to iCloud and then download iCloud photos to your PC or Mac to transfer your iPhone photos to PC. With iCloud Drive, you can sync your iPhone files to computer easily and quickly by turning on iCloud Drive on your device(s).

Step 1: On your iPhone/iPad in iOS 11, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud and scroll down to toggle on iCloud Drive.

Step 2: Download documents in iCloud Drive to the computer. (Windows PC is set as an example here.)

If you have installed iCloud on your PC:

• Open iCloud and click the checkbox next to iCloud Drive.

• Open the document you want to print with the corresponding software and then print the document.

If you haven't install iCloud on your PC:

• Open a browser on your PC and visit iCloud.com.

• Open the file you have just downloaded and then print it from your computer.

Tip 1: Make sure you have an AirPrint-supported printer

AirPrint only connects to printers that are AirPrint-enabled. You can go to https://support.apple.com/en-hk/HT201311 to check whether the printer you are using is on the list.

Tip 2: Check the Wi-Fi connection

If you find AirPrint not working in iOS 11 on your iPhone and iPad, check whether your iOS device and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network connection, which is necessary for AirPrint to work properly.
