iTunes is the frequently used way to sync iPad music, movies, TV shows, photos and more between the iTunes Library on your computer and your iPad, and vice versa. 2. Update iTunes to the latest iTunes

The first fix method for iPad won't sync with iTunes is to install the latest version of iTunes. Sometimes just updating to the newest version of iTunes can resolve all the syncing problem.

3. Re-plug into your iPad with USB cable

When you connect your iPad to PC/Mac, sometimes, both the computer and iTunes may don't recognize it, and the iPad is only getting a charge. When this happens, plug off your iPad, and re-connect it to the computer again after a few seconds. If the iPad is still not recognized, try to change another USB cable.

4. Re-authorize iTunes and computer

Step 1. Open iTunes with iPad connected to the computer via USB cable.

Step 2. Click Store menu and choose Deauthorize This Computer.

Step 3. Click Store menu again and choose to Authorize This Computer.

Step 4. Enter the Apple ID and password then choose Authorize.

5. Force restart iPad

Force reboot is usually more effective to than standard power-off restart.

Press and hold both Sleep/Wake and Home buttons until your iPad power off and restart.

6. Restart the computer

Restarting the computer with iTunes may also resolve the iPad won't sync with iTunes problem and get things syncing again. This will work if the issue has to do with a malfunctioning daemon.

7. Wireless Syncing stops working

When the iPad and computer are on the same wireless network, wireless syncing is available. If wireless sync stops working, you need to get it re-function again.

8. iPad lower power

Make sure your iPad isn't running too low on power. If iPad battery is close to being depleted, it may cause the iPad won't sync problem.

9. Reset & restore the iPad

If you have tried all above methods, and your iPad still won't sync with iTunes, then you have to reset iPad to factory settings.
